Support Worker
Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants with daily living activities, community participation, and skill development.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid driver's license
Registered Nurse
Deliver professional nursing care in participants' homes, including wound care, medication management, and health monitoring.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in community nursing
- NDIS experience preferred
Support Coordinator
Help participants navigate the NDIS system, coordinate supports, and achieve their goals through effective plan management.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Strong understanding of NDIS
- Excellent communication skills
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Develop and implement positive behaviour support plans for participants with complex needs.
Requirements:
- Relevant psychology or allied health qualification
- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration
- Experience with PBS frameworks
